Spring is nearly here and homeowners are starting to think about home improvement projects.
 
Be aware that Architecture Modification Forms are required for any exterior home changes, replacements, or improvements.
 
All residences must fill out and have this form approved by the Architectural Committee before the start of any construction.
 
The downloadable form and instructions is posted on www.FPEHOA.com. 
 
Projects needing approval include:
 
  • Roof replacements (the FPE Approved Roofing List can be downloaded from www.FPEHOA.com).
  • Any exterior painting or siding changes (please provide the specific paint manufacturer and color reference, not just "same as current").
  • Room or home additions.
  • New Driveways, Walkways, Decks, and Patios, and / or any repairs, extensions, or replacements to existing.
  • Swimming pool construction (above ground pools are not allowed).
  • Basketball goal installation (backboards must be transparent).
  • New Exterior Walls, Arbors, or Fences (no chain link fencing allowed), and / or any repairs, extensions, or replacements to existing.
 
Fencing Rules:
 
  • All fencing shall be made of cedar, wrought iron or aluminum equivalent.
  • All fencing shall be no more than 6 feet in height.
  • All fences (New or Replacements) require approval.
