Total (Annual) HOA payment due for FY 2026/2027 is $1,490.

$690 is for HOA Annual Dues
$300 is for Trash Service, which is a pass-through fee
$500 is for the Special Assessment to cover the refurbishment of the community swimming pool

FY 2026/2027 dues cover the period June 1, 2026 - May 31, 2027.

HOA dues bills are sent out in May of each year, and homeowners are asked to mail a check or pay online by the end of June.

After June 30th, a late fee of $50 is assessed and amounts owing are subject to interest (currently 7%).

The mailing address is: Forest Park Estates HOA, 7556 Bell Road, Shawnee, KS 66217.

The Forest Park Estates HOA website gives us the ability to accept online (i.e., credit card) payments.

Go here to make your payment online.

Please include your name and the property address you are paying dues for.

All payments are processed through “Stripe”, a very large, established, well known payment platform. Forest Park Estates does not hold any of your payment information.

There will be a credit card processing fee of $0.80 plus 2.9% (i.e., for FY26/27 = $45.32) added to the total amount due at checkout.
