Total (Annual) HOA dues for FY 2025/2026 are $880.

$600 is for HOA Dues and $280 is for Trash Service, which is a pass-through fee.

FY 2025/2026 dues cover the period June 1, 2025 - May 31, 2026.

HOA dues bills are sent out in May of each year, and homeowners are asked to mail a check by the end of June.

After June 30th, a late fee of $35 is assessed and amounts owing are subject to interest (currently 7%).

The mailing address is: Forest Park Estates HOA, 7556 Bell Road, Shawnee, KS 66217.

Our updated website gives us the ability to accept online (i.e., credit card) payments.

Please include your name and the property address you are paying dues for.

All payments are processed through “Stripe”, a very large, established, well known payment platform. Forest Park Estates does not hold any of your payment information.

There will be a credit card processing fee of 2.9% plus $0.80 (i.e., $27.11) added to the total amount due at checkout.

We are also investigating ACH payments for next year.
